All deciduous and evergreen shrubs, ornamental grasses, perennials, and landscaped trees up to 25 feet tall will be selectively trimmed based on the plant species, time of year, bloom-cycle, surrounding proximity, and overall aesthetic appeal of the plant. Any building and roof perimeters within the work area will be inspected for any branches that are touching siding, windows, or shingles. Plants will be trimmed back as necessary to maintain a safe distance from the building perimeter and to account for future growth. Manual or mechanized trimming will be used on all plants at our discretion. All landscaped bed and hardscapes will be inspected for weeds or unwanted plant material and either spot treated with a non-selective herbicide or manually removed. All debris will be removed, and work areas cleaned up. Please note that landscaped trees do not include areas of natural trees, woody brush, or any area that would be described as “woods”.
