During the fall and early winter, all property areas will be regularly cleaned of leaves, branches, and tree byproduct that come down during the fall. Leaves and debris will either be accumulated and removed with a truck mounted vacuum from an accessible roadway or blown into wooded areas where natural recycling is applicable. Leaves blown into wooded areas will be dispersed and not have a “piled” appearance. Any outdoor drainage openings that may have leaves blocking its function will be inspected and cleaned out if necessary.
